The Neu Wave AI Film Festival is located in Hollywood and is dedicated to attracting the mainstream Professional Film Industry. We aim to spotlight the transformative power of artificial intelligence in filmmaking, fostering innovation, collaboration, and creative exploration. By showcasing groundbreaking AI-driven films, the festival seeks to inspire filmmakers, technologists, and audiences to embrace AI as a tool for reimagining storytelling. Our goal is to create a platform where visionaries can share their work, spark dialogue about the future of cinema, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in visual storytelling. Through this convergence of art and technology, we aim to empower a new generation of creators to shape the future of film. The finalist’s AI film will premiere at the iconic Emerson Los Angeles Media Center, which has a state-of-the-art screening room.
All finalists will get free Minimax/Hailou credit and possibly be chosen to work with their Creator Partnership Program.
All finalists will also:
Receive a certificate of excellence in recognition from the festival.
Receive passes for online and in-person screenings at the film festival
Receive a discounted price for Prescene, an AI story analysis software tool.
Have their names and bio listed on our official website and included in e-blasts to the film and tech industry.
All finalists will compete for top prizes during the film festival.

IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR FILM, YOU AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING RULES:
FILMS MUST BE MADE WITH AI.
FILMS MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE DATE THE PROJECT IS SUBMITTED.
FILMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH A PRIVATE LINK (VIMEO, YOUTUBE, FilmFreeway, SELF HOSTED). OTHER FORMAT IS CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTED.
ALL FEES ARE NON TRANSFERABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.
WE DO NOT OFFER FEE WAIVERS.
AI NEUWAVE MAY USE PORTIONS OF YOUR FILM (INCLUDING TRAILER/TEASER/STILL/POSTER) FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES.
YOU MUST OWN THE RIGHTS ON YOUR FILM IN ORDER TO SUBMIT IT.
FESTIVAL EVENT DATES AND LOCATIONS MAY BE DELAYED OR CHANGED.
We are not liable for any copyright infringements or unauthorized usage and any conflict should be settled by the parties involved thereof.
You are responsible for any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity.
AI Neuwave can consider any film to be disqualified if the festival considers the content inappropriate. If you have any questions regarding this decision, feel free to contact us.
If selected as a finalist, Neu Wave AI Films has the rights to screen and exhibit your film project publicly in theaters, at screening events, on the website, and on social media.
When submitting your film, you are consenting to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to respecting each filmmaker’s preferences. We might contact you through your email or social media provided in the submission page to communicate updates on your submission status, screening and DCP requirements, events ticket confirmation, as well as to provide information about events, services, promotions that we think you might be interested in. You can unsubscribe from any marketing or advertising newsletter from us or any partner festival simply by clicking unsubscribe.
Even when unsubscribing from a marketing newsletter, you can still receive any communication regarding your submission status through the FilmFreeway system.
